What are the fees of the Bank Account

The bank charges a monthly fee for the account management.

Mandatory Fees:

  1. Account Maintenance Fee:

    • €5 per month (total of €62.4 per year, including stamp duty) if certain conditions are met:

      • The account holder has a monthly income or pension of at least €750 and opts for a digital account; or,

      • Maintains financial assets above €7,500 in a digital account.

    • Otherwise, the fee is €8 per month (total of €99.84 per year, including stamp duty) if these conditions are not met.

Optional Fees:

  1. Credit Card Annual Fee (TAEG 15.3%):

    • €10.40 per year for the Classic Credit Card, charged during the first month and annually afterward. Only applicable if you choose to have a credit card.

  2. Debit Card Annual Fee:

    • €23.50 per card per year for a Visa Debit Card, charged during the first month and annually afterward.

  3. Additional Transfer Fees:

    • MB WAY Transfers: If you exceed 25 transfers or €150 in monthly transfers via the MB WAY app, a fee of 0.1% of the transferred amount applies.

  4. Account Maintenance Package Fee (if opting for a package with additional services):

    • €6 per month (total of €74.88 per year, including stamp duty) if conditions are met:

      • Monthly income or pension above €750 or financial assets over €7,500 in a digital account.

    • Otherwise, the fee for this package is €8 per month (total of €99.84 per year).

Insurance Options:

  1. Emergency Medical Assistance Insurance:

    • Covers emergency medical assistance for the account holder and their family members at home.

  2. Family Civil Liability Insurance:

    • Covers civil liability for the account holder and family members.

  3. Special Insurance Conditions for families as part of a family campaign.

Each of these insurances is optional and would require further inquiry regarding their monthly or annual costs if you choose to add them.

  • Conditions for reduced fees depend on specific financial and income thresholds.
