When is my bank account opened?

Your bank account is opened as soon as you receive our e-mail containing your NIB and the instructions.

I need help after my account is opened.

After your bank account has been opened, due to the sensitive nature of the matter, AnchorLess is not authorized to manage your account or assets.

If you need support from the bank you can get in touch with your manager, whose contact will be present in your files, or via phone, with Millennium BCP support line.

If you need help to make a deposit in your bank account, or inquire about multichannel and user codes, you'll need to reach the bank directly, as we don't have permission to speak on your behalf. You can contact them on the phone numbers below or accessing the information on this page.
