We’ve listened to your feedback and we’re making direct changes to improve our tax representation service.

What you told us

You told us that our tax representation service needed to be more straightforward and transparent. You pointed out that the cancellation process was too complicated, our website lacked clear information, and our communication wasn’t timely enough. Your feedback made it clear that we must simplify how you cancel your service, clarify every step on our website, and keep you better informed through additional emails.

What is tax representation?

The changes we’re making

We are rolling out improvements immediately. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Better Communication:
    In addition to the email sent one week before your subscription renewal, we will now send two extra emails—one upon the creation of your NIF and another one month later—to provide more detailed information about your service.

  • Cancellation Process Updates:
    Cancellation will from now on be easier for everyone. You can simply send a cancellation request email, and the legal aspects will be managed by our lawyers.
